cooked daily, using only the finest raw ingredients, all handpicked from
various pasar every morning, seven days a week.

We stay true to tradition, just like our grandparents did. There are no
shortcuts in our kitchen, no santan kotak, only fresh santan perah. We
use real cili hidup, peel kunyit by hand each morning, and never rely on
artificial flavorings like kiub ayam or Tumix powder.
